My visit of the Tournai Fine Arts Museum

Last weekend I had the opportunity to visit the Tournai fine arts museum and its exhibit, 101 chef d’oeuvres (101 masterpieces). The museum was indeed presenting a hundred great paintings in a beautiful place, the museum itself.

From Monet to Van Gogh and from Durer to Manet, there were quite a lot of famous painters represented. It was also the occasion for me to discover lesser known ones (or completely unknown) such as Harrisson or Léonce Legendre.

Please note that this exhibit can be seen until September 30th, 2012. If you are around, just go and visit it 🙂
